Contact us promptly

If there is a concern with an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order details, photographs and an explanation. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.

Condition of returned products

Any approved return must ordinarily be unused, unaltered and accompanied by its original packaging, certificate and documents. Items showing wear, damage or missing documentation may not qualify.

Custom and altered products

Bespoke, engraved, resized, made-to-order or otherwise personalised products may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
